India: Police Arrest Suspect in 2008 Mumbai Attacks

Police in India arrested Indian born Abu Jindal, also known as Syed Zabiuddin, who they say helped plan the deadly 2008 attacks in the Mumbai, which killed more than 160 people . . . officials say the attack was the work of the Pakistani militant group Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) . . . the attacks, which lasted 60 hours, targeted luxury hotels, the main railway station and a Jewish cultural center . . . the Mumbai attacks severely damaged relations between India and Pakistan, when New Delhi blamed the Pakistani militant group for the attacks and said it was planned in Pakistan.
